This policy explains what information RUDQP (Rudraksha Chawla) collects when you use this website or book a shoot, and how it is used and protected.

What I collect

When you book or enquire, I collect the details you provide: your name, email, mobile number, preferred dates, location and the message you send. When you verify your number, your mobile number is used to send a one time code.

How I use it

Your information is used only to respond to you, plan and deliver your shoot, send your photos, and keep a record of our work together. I do not sell your information to anyone.

Verification and messaging

The one time code is sent by SMS through a messaging provider purely to confirm it is really you. Codes expire quickly and are not used for marketing.

Storage and security

Your details are stored in my client records, and your finished photos are delivered from my own private server rather than a public third party. Access is limited to me.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only essential cookies needed to make it work. If analytics are added in future to understand visits, this policy will be updated and a cookie choice will be offered.

Sharing

I share information only with the trusted services needed to run the studio, such as the messaging and email providers used to contact you. They process it on my behalf and nothing more.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Just email me and I will take care of it.
