ViewHow much do professional headshots cost?
Headshots are $199 for a one-hour session with 2 professional, hand-edited headshots and one outfit. Extra outfit changes are $100 each. If a studio is booked it is billed separately. Prices are before HST.
Do you do headshots for teams and offices?
Yes. RUDQP photographs teams on site at your office or a location of your choice across Ottawa and Gatineau, with a consistent look for every person. Team sessions are quoted as one booking.
How quickly are headshots delivered?
Edited photos are delivered within one week of the shoot, in a private online gallery hosted on the studio's own server, ready to download and share. Quick 48-hour delivery is available as a $149 add-on.
Are the headshots ready for LinkedIn and websites?
Yes. You receive high-resolution files that work for LinkedIn, company websites, press and print, with full personal and professional-profile use. RAW files are not delivered.
What should I wear for a headshot?
Solid, mid-tone colours and a neat neckline; bring a second outfit if you want two looks. The journal guide "What to wear for your professional headshot session" covers it in detail.
How do I book and pay?
Book online at rudqp.com/client: verify your email, choose what you want captured, and an exact quote arrives by email, usually within one business day. Shoots can often be fitted with a week's notice; 15 to 20 days ahead is ideal, and wedding dates book first. A 50% deposit by e-Transfer or cash secures your date; the balance is paid on the shoot day. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation. All prices are in Canadian dollars before HST (13%).
