Terms of service.

These terms cover bookings made with RUDQP (Rudraksha Chawla). Booking a shoot means you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

Prices shown are starting points. After you send your request I confirm a clear quote and my availability for your date before anything is locked in.

Deposit and payment

A booking is held once a deposit is paid. The balance is due as agreed in your quote, typically before final delivery.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Life happens. Reach out as early as you can to reschedule. Deposits cover time held and preparation, so they are non refundable, but I will always try to find a fair solution.

On the day

I bring the gear and direction. You bring yourselves. I am not responsible for delays or conditions outside my control, and we will make the most of the time booked.

Your photos and usage

You receive a personal licence to view, print and share your delivered images. I may show selected images in my portfolio and on social media unless you ask me in writing not to.

Delivery

Edited photos are delivered to your private gallery within the timeframe agreed for your shoot. Rush delivery is available as an add on.

Liability

My liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
