We agree the look, the background and a schedule, usually 5 to 10 minutes per person, so the day barely interrupts work.
Shoot on site

How much do corporate headshots cost in Ottawa?
An individual headshot session is $199 for one hour with 2 professional, hand-edited headshots and one outfit. Team headshot days are quoted as one booking based on head count and location. Send the number of people for an exact quote. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. Team sessions are photographed on site at your office or a location of your choice across Ottawa and Gatineau, with a consistent look for every person.
How long does each person need?
Usually 5 to 10 minutes. A team of 20 is typically done in a morning.
Can new hires be photographed later in the same style?
Yes. The setup, light and editing are recorded so later sessions match the original set.
How quickly are headshots delivered?
Retouched headshots are delivered within one week in a private online gallery hosted on the studio's own server, ready to download. Quick 48-hour delivery is available as a $149 add-on.
How do I book and pay?
Book online at rudqp.com/client: verify your email, tell me how many people and where, and an exact quote arrives by email, usually within one business day. A 50% deposit by e-Transfer or cash secures the date; the balance is paid on the shoot day.
