How much does event photography cost in Ottawa?

Event coverage is $249 for the first hour and $225 for every hour after, with 25 to 30 edited photographs per hour and unlimited photographs when you book 3 hours or more. Prices are before HST.

What kinds of events do you cover?

Conferences, galas, networking events, corporate functions, community and cultural events, launches and private celebrations across Ottawa, Gatineau and the National Capital Region.

How fast do we get the event photos?

Edited photos are delivered within one week of the shoot, in a private online gallery hosted on the studio's own server, ready to download and share. Quick 48-hour delivery is available as a $149 add-on. Many organisers add the 48-hour option so photos are ready for social media while the event is still fresh.

Can we use the photos for marketing?

Event photos come with full personal use and use on your own social channels and website. Broader commercial licensing for advertising campaigns is quoted separately. RAW files are not delivered.

Do you travel for events outside Ottawa?

Travel anywhere in Ottawa and Gatineau is free. Beyond the National Capital Region, travel is quoted as a small add-on from $99, and RUDQP travels across Canada and internationally for destination work.

How do deposits and payment work?

A 50% deposit by e-Transfer or cash secures your date; the balance is paid on the shoot day. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation. All prices are in Canadian dollars before HST (13%).
